I have recoloured some paintings, billboards, lights and other decorative objects. This collection will be expanded over time.

If you encounter any problems let me know in the comments.

 

Update:

• created a 4th collection: it contains 2 room dividers and one decorative object
• a third collection has been added: has 3 different types of lights and one extra painting.
• added a second collection: has 3 types of paintings

 

Installation:

Extract into your mod folder.

 

Copyright:

You're free to share, recolour, use in your mod, sell in the black market, burn, obliterate, paste it on your drive and drive over it with a goddamn forklift. anyway....

 

Acknowledgment:

Almost all photos used in this mod are found publicly over the net. I've merely tweaked the art using photo-editing software.

I'm having trouble locating the objects. I put the .package files directly into my mods folder, should I have kept them in the unzipped folders? If not, can you tell me where the objects are supposed to be located? I may have just missed some of them.

Hello! Thank you for modding this. I really love the art ! But I had a problem accessing those paintings in my game: In the start menu, this mod shows up in my Installed mod list. However, I can not find it in the game build mode, neither decorations, nor posters or anywhere else. Can I ask where is it supposed to show in the game? Thx!

Ok in case anybody else has this issue; the most likely cause is that you don't have all expansion packs installed. Some of these contents are exclusive to expansion packs, so if you don't have them you won't be able to find these in-game. I just noticed I have not mentioned this in the description, sry for that.

Anyway just to be sure, go to Build Mode and put "SoT" in the search field.. see if anything comes up. ?

Thank you for the response! Very likely I do not have the required expansion packs as I have very few. Thank you so much for explaining!

What expansion packs are required for this? I have city living, cats and dogs, and perfect patio.
