[REQUEST] Lady Maria blood attack weapon enchantment

I don't really know how this could be done, or how difficult it would be.  But I would love an enchantment that can be applied to any weapon that extends the attack range of the weapon and adds the blood slashing effect (or something really close) to Skyrim.

 

What I don't want is a cut and paste of the Bloodskal blade charge attack.  I want the enchantment to basically be every attack, and I want it to be an actual extension of the weapon.  I've noticed the bloodskal blade beam doesn't increase in power when the weapon is enhanced with the grindstone, and tends to be relatively weak.  It would ruin the immersion of the attack, which is supposed to make me deadlier.

 

I'm also not looking for a particular weapon design or outfit.  The only set I know of has pretty much been taken down, and I don't even think it was for the body type I have.  I just want this enchantment if it is possible, and if it is not I'll have to deal with that.
