I highly recommend this mod: Spells As Lesser Powers

This was a mod I was going to request, I even seen one person on reddit request something like this but his request went half fulfilled.
Thankfully I came across this mod. I was looking for it because I was running an Alternate Start (non-dragonborn) character with Character Creation Overhaul 

and needed a way to heal and etc with a two-handed weapon set up.
Anyways; this mod allows you cast spells using the shout button, and it only uses magicka and has about a 2-3 second cooldown.
