dooders Posted July 20, 2020 Posted July 20, 2020 Im pretty familar with CK I just cant figure out how to invite NPC's like Bathing Beauties does. Can anyone help me?
Seijin8 Posted July 20, 2020 Posted July 20, 2020 Haven't looked at Bathing Beauties, but I do something similar with my town merges, so your options are basically: 1) Create NPCs to hang out there. Maybe even name them the same as existing NPCs and use the NPC actorbase for them. This is the best option if you want to have a quest-related character around. (Avoid forcing aliases onto quest-related characters or jarls, merchants, innkeepers, etc, so they don't disappear from where they are supposed to be -- you can make a copy of them instead.) 2) Create a quest that attaches aliases for visitors. It could check against an exclusion list for characters that should not be selected, or could have very intensive conditions. Visitors would get a package attached (from the alias) to go to this place for a little while. In this case, issues with merchants etc might be avoided by adding them to a list that only selects them before or after a certain hour, so as not to interfere with their normal schedules too much.
dooders Posted July 20, 2020 Author Posted July 20, 2020 Thank you for your response. 2) sounds more like what I want to achieve. I’ve messed with aliases a little but nothing intensive. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
