magicka Magicka Unknown Drop

In the last month or two, I've noticed that my Magicka has been dropping to 201 and turning red on the skills page.  Makes fighting with magicka fairly tough.  Nothing shows up on the status magicka page (last column of the magicka page).  In the console, with my character selected, I don't see any active affects which might cause this.  I've tried resetting mods I think could cause this, like PlayerSuccubusQuest, defeat, death alternative, Apropos2, skooma whore, etc.  When starting a new game, the problem doesn't happen for a while, but I don't notice it until it's suddenly there.

 

If I "forceav magicka 400", it will change and turn green on the skills page, but soon drops back down to 201 and turns red.  Increasing magicka after leveling up will increase magicka by ten, but it soon drops down to, you guessed it, 201.

 

Mods have been updated where appropriate, but I didn't notice this problem for a bit except that fights were becoming very tough.  I did try out TroublesOfHeroine, but I think the problem was before that.  I can't see what's applying this and I'm too lazy to try to remove mods to find it.

I've tried everything my poor little mind can think of.
