Is there any way to make it so when an npc sees the pc masturbating, they decide to "lend a hand" or other body parts, turning a masturbation scene in a sex-scene?

 

I have cursed loot, sometimes i end up with a chastity belt and when arousal is high enough, pc starts to masturbate (futile of course, but she tries)

All i need is a way for an npc passing by to take advantage of it. Is there something obvious allready that i don't know?

Sexlab Disparity can do that, kinda. It only works when the masturbation is triggered by it, but you can set auto masturbation on a row of conditions, like arousal, or tied up, or breast size and more.
