Conversion to UUNP with HDT-PE allready exists, gentleman under nickname Gnomod posted a link for it on twitter.

Bodyslide works just fine, but physics, well, are troubled. HDT SMP version also exists here on LL em486, but that one is for CBBE.

 Is there a UUNP-SMP one, and if so, could someone share a link?

For the moment there is no SMP-HDT conversion, but you could make one
