Venue List

I am trying to set up the AEP Pornography Studio and give my new household a Pornstar Career. I cannot find the recommended Venue List to install and replace my current Venue List. Please help me find this list. I am also open to advice on how to place and which is the best lot to place Studio.

I think this should be the one (I use More Buyable Venues mod, so I don't use it).
