The idea is a simple as the flavor text I provided. You intimidate an NPC for their gold. If you fail, you brawl them. If you fail... well, it's your ass on the line! Extras would include bullying merchants constantly and they provide part or all of their profits along with some useful items from their store (but they would lose their cash to buy your stuff, just for better immersion).
