Unique Player Body - but also more?

Hi friends! I discovered a super cool mod for Fallout 4 - Unique Player Framework: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/33183?tab=description

 

It not only lets you have a unique body compared to NPCs, it also lets you define a unique mesh for each vanilla armor, so that you can have some slutty replacer meshes for yourself, but NPCs use vanilla or other meshes.

 

Is there a similar mod for Skyrim, or the SE edition? I know it's a lot of work to set up from a user's perspective, but I know how to do it!

However, I don't think there are mods to easily do what you want to achieve with different clothing meshes for yourself and npcs.
