How do I install mods on Fallout 4?

Hello I only have 2 questions Fallout 4

1>) I need some guide on how to upload mods to Fallout 4
2>)  write step by step what  I should do to make it work.

This is an overall nicely written guide to modding FO4. Mentioned mods are optional, of course, but it does provide a good point of entry.

 

Overall I'd say get either ModManager 2 or Vortex (I personally switched to MO2 half a year ago and once I got used to it it's a great tool because you have your mod directory in a different folder than the game and each mod in a separate folder so overwriting stuff isn't big an issue).

Then get F4SE, make sure you have the lasted FO4 version and a matching F4SE version.

 

Get the mods you want; install with MO2. Check your plugin list.

 

Optional mod resources

LOOT (mod load order sorting tool good for beginners, more of an advice for advanced users)

xEdit (for checking / quick editing mods, powerful tool for dealing with mod compatibility)
