Best Skins and Textures for skyrim?

I'm finally improving my skyrim on my new rig.  Unfortunately there's so many mods out there that replace face and body skin/textures I'm having issues with conflicts. I'm running 19 model and texture mods!.  (I'm running lots of race and companion mods that draw from other texture kits. )  Mods range from tan lines to multiple face replacements.  Is there link for setting up the best of the best texture mods for the game?
