Best way to update esm file to Form 44?

Hello, I am trying to convert SexlabInteractiveArousal.esm to Form 44 for personal use but idk how to go about it. Using CK Fixes to do so doesn't seem to be safe if you try open it as an esm and then save it directly as if it was an esp (if the description of this feature in skyrimtest.ini is anything to go by). And idk about removing the esm flag in SSEEdit as this isn't an esp marked as esm but rather a straight up esm file.

What should I do in this situation?

ssedit -esm to esp ; ck -43-to-44, ssedit esp to esm
