It seems like after any sort of combat happens, her hair gets this weird rainbow coloration on it. Super weird, I have no idea what this could even be, anyone have any idea?

Spoiler Never seen anything like that, does your game CTD shortly after this, or if you go into Inventory or another Menu? Assuming this doesn't happen to Recorder's hair (or any other hair) before the Jailbait Sassy Teen overhaul was applied. 1st. Are you using the correct version of the overhaul mod for your game? 2nd. I would recommend asking this question at the site you downloaded the overhaul mod from.
