Out of these three, which one would be the easiest to learn and how ? 

 

 

1) Adding HDT to any clothing for SSE.

 

2) Converting accessories/NPC/follower mods to Special Edition.

 

3) Editing and changing player and NPC textures In SSE.

The second option is the easiest to accomplish.
