CF not in MCM menu (solved)

(using MO2, SSE)

I followed the MNC install guide, have my mods in the same order as the guide says, but the Creature Framework MCM isn't there. I saw some posts that I need SexLabAroused.bsa but I can only find a LE version of that which prevents Skyrim from booting up when I have it in the data folder. I've tried using MNC built in CF, MNC with CF below and above, nothing works, help?

 

edit: started a new game and it worked, idk how
