All of the replacers I could find with Google were lacy thong type stuff like Sporty Underwear. Perhaps something similar to this design someone posted to Nexus awhile back but was never released: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/images/112447/ Even something like the vanilla underwear ported over to the CBBE body would work(without being painted right onto the body texture like vanilla lol). There was one Nexus mod that tried that but also altered the CBBE body to look like the hideous vanilla shape for some reason.
