Downloading files

I`m just wondering, to download files in f.ex. sex animations, do I download all or just the ones that says update on? (When the files have been updated) I`ve been confusing myself for days now. lol.

I`m not sure if I need the old files with the update or if the update file itself is enough.?

Create a folder in your sims 4 mod folders with the name of sexanimations . And replace any updated file there, overwrite old ones, usually creators keep same name. So is just replace old version with new
