MCCC&WW + Intersex mod, same sex pregnancy help needed

game 134(reluctant on updating unless this can be fixed 100% or I can reroll back if there are issues)
lesbian incest couple(T&YA) using intersex mod(found on WW website made by TURBODRIVER) to have both impregnate and get pregnant on both(I want both options on both sims)
regular woohoo and try for baby don't impregnate at all even at 100%, ww impregnation seems to work

 

please help
