No hands for beast races COSIO/CBBB

So, I've been fighting with this for about 3 days now, along with a few other snags here and there but I (think I) have managed to resolve all my issues.... BUT ONE.

Unless they are wearing gloves, female beast-race characters (player and NPC) have no hands. Non-beast race females have hands, beast race males have hands, but poor Khajit females have no hands. We could justify that as them all getting their hands cut off for thievery, but that wouldn't explain the argonians. >.>

I'm not seeing anything that looks like a Papyrus log (and I SHOULD have it enabled. Hey, some of us actually read the stickies ;))

So far I have tried the following:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the body mods.
Changing body mods.
Switching from the body mods being installed via MO2 to installed manually.
Dicked with load order more times than you can shake a stick at. (LOOT tells me its good)
Downloaded an alternative texture for Khajit hands.
Re-validated Skyrim's files through Steam.
Offered up a sacrifice to the gods.
Dug through both this forum and Nexus for others who have had the same issue to see if their solution was posted.
Cried.
Googled the problem looking for solutions.

Does anyone here have experience with this issue, and know a way to fix it?

I'm just about to purge everything and try again from a fresh install, but I'd rather not have to do that if I can avoid it, since at this point I'm still not even sure what caused my problem.

it looks like you did not selected the hands somewhere in bodyslide when building after the ' choose group ' or bash build .

 

you can go to the mod file ( cosio / clams ) and see if the femalehands_0.nif and femalehands_1.nif and femalehands.tri exist .

in meshes/actors/character/character assets/

 

re-do the body and search and select all body parts

After going down the rabbit hole (giggity) of BodySlide, it appears that something may have gone horribly wrong with the initial installation of that and I can't seem to figure out what/how. (honestly, the tool didn't seem to make a lot of sense to me, anyways... probably because something wasn't right!)

... I'm gonna just nuke everything and start over. >.>

YEP! Some stupid problem or mistake in my BodySlide install caused the issue.

Reinstalled everything from a fresh install and it's working perfectly fine now.
