Tested it out with 15 npc's and about half of the npc's get up naked and some redress in the wrong clothes.
I have 1 women with the green dress and 1 man with the tuxedo and formal hat and they switch clothes and 2 other men have the green dress on.

Is this still being worked on?

After getting more than 20 total NPC's is several settlements they slowly stop undressing and once I got to 30 NPC's none of them will undress anymore.

Works great for under 20 NPC's spread out over several settlements but once it hits more than 20 it slowly stops working and once you hit 30 or more NPC's the mod stops working altogether.
