Game freezes audio still plays

i have tried getting it working i have looked at my load order, reinstalled skyrim se twice freezes within a 5 minute time frame upon starting a game if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

it can be related to video card that need to be updated and or VC redis and or Dot Net .

also it refers to ( most probable ) to Vsync that needs to be set to 0  in ini settings : you can set it in skyrimprefs.ini ( iVSyncPresentInterval=0 ) , or you get beth ini from nexus , than set your video card vsync  and fps to 60 .
