Trouble with skins and physics -FO4 fresh install

Hello, I bought and tried fallout 4 after years of oldrim. I'm quite used to installing mods, using mod managers, and basic troublesoothing.

 

But I have 2 issues I can't for the life of me tackle:

 

-as shown in the pictures, a wierd tint seam around the neck of females (I use fusion bodytype with looksmenu and looksmenu compendium), tried a bunch of different skins but all show this issue around the neck, on some skin this weird tint thing also shows on the nose, plus it shows on vanilla as well.

It's as if it's in the wrong direction, with the back in front;

 

-following all guides or tips I could find, impossible to have any body physic, even tried with CBBE to see but to no avail.

 

Physics aren't an issue (as long as bodies and outfits scales during pregnancies I don't mind the lack of jiggle), but I would really appreciate it if someone could direct me towards a solution for that weird tited seam.

Im not sure i can help, i dont use fusion girl, i use cbbe, but, it has the same issue, and is a common one, there's a mod to fix it on cbbe, but i dont use it because i use custom body textures, what i did is remove every texture with the name *head* on it from the textures of the body, i still got the brown face sometimes when i reload, but i just change to any of my skins and its fixed, my face is usually darker than the body, because i changed the polygons and resolution, but not to much.

In the video i didn't got the glitch... but i usually do i if get killed, and you can see what i do to fix it.
