You have to register them to be a Rose in the Tam Explorer in the Telephone menu of the Sim. If they are registered as a Rose and are workers in a stripclub, they will do the job automaticaly.

And is there mod can add more stripper?

Yes there is a console command for turning NPC Sims into Roses but you'll have to ask Nisa, because I never used that and do not know the console command.

I have 2 households for this. 

1 household is full of girls  registered as strippers. They are not actively in world anymore but in the household bin. 

and the 2. household are 3 girls that are from a household I play and I registered them as roses and employed them as strippers. 

 

Only this 3 are supposed to to the sex work on my club, the others will only work as strippers. 

 

But as I said, there IS a console command to make NPC Sims into Roses, I just don't know it because i do not need it.  Maybe the console command "Nisa.help" will show it. It should show all her console commands.  You will have to try.

Still the best strip club her on LL if not the only one that is really cool.

I have improved it a little for myself but generally the original is still way better than others.

My Velvet nightclub needs the Patreon version of Turbodrivers Wicked Whims to work as a stripclub. But it does not need another CC. All furniture is from EA game packs. 

I also recommend to use the Patreon version of Nisa's Wicked Perversions so that the rooms with beds can be used by the strippers for prostitution. However, this is optional. 

Before you place the lot, please activate the bb.moveobjects cheat, otherwise some items might not be placed.  After placing the lot you can deactivate the cheat again. 

 

 

Edit1:I don't know if the markings of the doors will be saved as private doors for the staff. Maybe you have to do the door setup yourself again. We do not want the curious customers to walk around in the backstage area, right? 

 

Tested it. My door setup is saved. No customers sneeking around in the backstage. ?

 

 

I am open for improvement suggestions, but I will not use any CC objects in the club except the ones that are mandatory.
