[REQ/IDEA] Loose/tight short socks and patent leather shoes (UNP/CBBE)

I've been using anano's school uniform mod for sometime and loved it, but although I'm okay with a couple of sneakers from Petrovich, I felt that the ensemble needed a little more authenticity as I wish someone should make a pair of patent leather shoes coupled by a pair of loose socks (I think there are those who like to have Ikkitousen's Kanu Unchuu teleported into Skyrim with her polearm).

 

Besides, although I'm good at Photoshop, I tried making one myself months ago but got really lost with what I had to install (Blender, NIF utilities, etc.) and what to do.
