Black squares with fire and water effect

I installed mod called Shadows https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50855 , but it creates such black squares with fire and water effect, regardless of ENB (howewer the magic flame in the hand is looking normal). I deleted the mod, but that effect remains. I tried to install skyrim particle patch for ENB and Enhanced Lights and FX (i am still using this mods), but the bug remains. The problem is that Shadows mod contains nothing but and esp. and bsa. files and i don't know how i can restore default effects.

Depending on your method it is not guaranteed that the deletion is complete or didn't do any harm to other mods ?

 

Are you using a mod manager?

Well, i already have reinstalled the game with another mod manager, not just because of this bug, but i have some another issues, but when i previously installed/deleted this mod, i used Vortex mod manager. I think the problem was in incompability of Shadows mod with another mods, that affects light and particles.
