Fallout Wanderers Edition Project Beauty (Fallout redesigned, same mod) Marts Monster Mod Enhanced Energy Visuals (Eve) Weapon Mod Kits (WMK) Those are the 5 main ones really, to be honest... the sex mods for Fallout 3 are.. not all that great, I cant really suggest any of them. But those 5 mods there are the essential SFW mods.
