The blindfold you get for the Driftwood(?) arena really caught my imagination, wish there were mods that took advantage of that feature.

 

I was thinking of doing a Dom/sub Lone Wolf playthrough with the blindfold where I just cower behind the tanky dom healing and buffing him, but it doesn't really work due to how the D:OS2 AI prioritizes targets - enemies will always focus on bursting down the lesser-armored target, so tanks aren't really viable in that game. One instance where AI being tactically optimal actually makes a game's combat shallower.
