[Request] SPB Curvaceous + UHK

I was wondering if there was anybody on here who would be willing to to make the SPB Curvaceous lower body and UHK upper body compatible.

I spent several hours trying to do this myself with no success. The mesh looked fine in blender but ultimately I could never get it to work in-game.

Words cannot express how much I would appreciate it if somebody would be kind enough to make this happen.

Or something like K-cup manga. This would be awesome.

That would be even more awesome but I suggested UHK because it seems like it would be much easier.

It actually doesn't really matter. Both tops are HGEC compatible, so long as the lowerbody is morphed to fit the top and not vice versa, the SPB lowerbody could theoretically be fit to every HGEC compatible top. Which means... aa-k cups, GUTS, manga... etc. Very cool idea and I would do it myself if I had any knowledge with blender/nifskope, but I don't :(.

I decided to play around with blender again trying to make this a reality.

I changed the lower body to the thicker thighs Manga variant found on here. It seemed perfect because it's pretty much the same thing and the two meshes fit together much better.

I solved previous problem I had with getting the body to work after playing with it in blender. However, I have a new problem. I cannot get rid of the seam at the waist. I snapped all of the vertexs together at the seam between the two bodies but it's still very visible and I'm stumped as to how to get rid of it.

Here's a couple pictures -

Like I said, I have no idea how to work any 3d modeling program, but good luck to you.

Also, I think the SPB curvaceous is a lot better then the thicker manga... Much better ass and thighs imo, but I guess to each his own.

This is a method posted by Mktsang here at LL. For some reason, i can't find the original thread, so I'm pasting this from Google cache.

Don't ask me for help if it doesn't work, I never used Blender :)

RE: Body parts.

If you use blender, you could import all the parts in blender on the same skeleton, join them(ctrl+J)then align all the related vertices.

Make sure you don't remove any of the material because that will eliminate the chance of separating the body parts in nifskope.

export them in a single nif

then use nifskope to update all tangent space, remember DON'T flip normal or face normal because the vertices on the seam are not connected, this step is to prevent the seam to show up.

save the file as "fullbody.nif" or something like that

you will have to use it multiple times

delete all except upperbody, and save as femaleupperbody.nif; load up fullbody.nif and delete all except lowerbody and save as femalelowerbody.nif. finish the hand and foot part.

the seam should be less revealing now

Thanks a bunch for that post. It helped me out quite a bit as I have just started using blender and don't know much about it. I am able to align the vertices using the method described but I can never seem to get them all perfect. If I tweak just a few it messes up other ones. I also don't really know the best vertices to be selecting out of a group to fix the problem. Using this method I've been able to eliminate some of the seam but never the entire thing.

Thanks for the link. I read the first post and I understand what he's saying but I have no idea how I could actually do it. Perhaps I missed something? Should I read the whole thread?

You should try Grimreaper's method instead of doing it manually

Well, uh, I seem to have gotten everything working. I think it was because I removed the doubles in blender though I honestly am not entirely sure. Pictures for evidence below. I forgot to turn off soft shadows in the first two so try to ignore it! :P

I wasn't aware that the ToS for imageshack were against images depicting nudity. The pictures I uploaded this time were taken down immediately. I was forced to re-upload them to flickr which unfortunately resulted in resized images. Sorry!

Also, it's too bad about the noodle HGEC arms (which also look even more ugly with gloss) but modifying something like that is way beyond my skill level. Something more like the EBE arms would be perfect. Just a bit of muscle definition. Ah well.

The body looks amazing. The arms are really the only flaw. Hopefully someone can fix them.

That is an amazing looking body! I'm not sure if the EBE would fit though. She's soft, and very curvy. The EBE arms I think would almost be too muscular for her build.

Very beutiful work though, I'm really looking foword to upload and release.

maybe you could modify this one?

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29128

it uses the UHK but has better arms i guess

Wow, that skin is amazing. Where can I get that?

The body is also amazing. Would download it if posted. <3

I actually agree though I still don't like the standard HGEC arms. Oh well. :P

Thanks but I had already looked into that variant. The arms are more muscular than I would like so I opted for the the standard HGEC variant.

do you think it would be possible to do this with the SPB curvaceous lowerbody?

I can try.

Wow' date=' that skin is amazing. Where can I get that?[/quote']

The skin is just a recolored Ozmo's HGEC skin with glossy normals used on a glossy mesh.

Very nice! Would you mind uploading?

Kind sir

are you going to upload this?

I really like it

I'll be uploading it momentarily though I have absolutely no idea what to call it.

Hey, just as a tip, the easiest way to merge different body parts without leaving obvious seams is in Blender combine the mesh objects (Alt + J by default?), find the seam and merge the nearest vertices( select two vertices, alt + m, select merge to last), then select all the vertices of one of the body parts you had just joined and separate them again (press p). You'll then have two separate mesh objects with all vertices at the seam sharing identical normals, tangents, and UV coordinates. The easiest way to get the body parts into your game is export it as a whole for each body part (making sure to smooth object seams is selected in exporter), and then in nifskope go to each file and delete the parts that don't belong (ie. for femalelowerbody delete all but the femalelowerbody branch and skeleton nodes).

Thank you very much for this body mod. It looks amazing and quite delicious (especially on chocolate elves! heheh).
