Why does the lighting work for some head meshes and others it doesn't? Is there a way to enable it for the non-working ones?

 

Makes it much easier with face texture/normal map editing.

Can you take a screenshot on the one that don't work and the one that is working. Or send the files, i think you have missed some small changes.

Could it be the texture paths don't match, 6D has some invalid paths. The shaders and block details are identical so this is the only difference i see.

Change the BlankDetailmap to textures\actors\yimo_follower\blankdetailmap.dds and copy the textures\actors\character\artoria\blankdetailmap.dds file.
