Makes it much easier with face texture/normal map editing.

Can you take a screenshot on the one that don't work and the one that is working. Or send the files, i think you have missed some small changes.

Change the BlankDetailmap to textures\actors\yimo_follower\blankdetailmap.dds and copy the textures\actors\character\artoria\blankdetailmap.dds file.
