I've been searching forever. (Well, a few hours, really)

 

I found one, but that only covers arm and shoulder.

 

 

This is what I am searching for. I actually found another one, but on a russian page and I can't for the life of me find a "download" button. I probably have to register first or some such, but my russian (.ru should be russian, yes?) is rusted (as in: Non existent).

 

Anyone an idea? Short of learning how to do it and do it myself?
