ShenGo Posted May 21, 2020 Posted May 21, 2020 Hello. So I was trying to make a revealing armor/clothing item. I want almost all armors and clothing in my game to be ones that don't NEED to be removed during a SexLab scene (long story), so I was trying to make greybeard robes fit the bill (yes, I know, LOL! But my SexLab Adventures settings COULD trigger a scene with the Greybeards ). What I did was, I edited the alpha of the texture to reveal more in front, then I took it into Outfit Studio with a reference body (the body and robes are both SMMB), made any necessary adjustments, then exported, as I've done with many other armors and with no problems. But for some reason, the robes themselves are visible, but the body revealed by the alpha channel is not. Both have the same dismemberment partitions, and the body mesh has no alpha block (I know a mesh transparency on top of another mesh transparency can cause the underlying mesh to disappear). So I have no idea what could be causing this! Schlongs are revealed, but they just sorta float, lol. I'm on my phone right now, so I'll post a mesh if needed when I'm on my computer. Anyone have any ideas? Could it have to do with the robes not being a playable item? Edit: I did export nif with reference, btw. I can see it in the file.
ShenGo Posted May 21, 2020 Author Posted May 21, 2020 Small update: I tried, as an experiment, replacing iron armor with the Greybeards mesh, then starting a test game via coc qasmoke. The body showed up, so the mesh and textures are fine. It SEEMS to be related to the simple fact that they're worn by the Greybeards. Any ideas?
