I Advise you to use xTranslator. Works fine with LE and SE Skyrim version  xTranslator I used it too to translate Dragon Wall Wisdom - Readable Dragon Walls German Translation v.1.1

Its will be difficult to found someone to translate a Mod for you so i advise you to check out this Translation Mod and look about availavle Tutorials at youtube.
