Jumpy LastExceptions

I've been having an occasional problem where I send my character to do some action, and while he's going to the location, he'll suddenly just teleport over next to the object where the action takes place (next to the bed if I told him to sleep, etc.) and there will be a Last Exception message. It's not a major problem, I'm just kinda curious about what's causing it. I do have one mod that I know is outdated (because I don't know of any newer mods that do the same thing), but it's a very small mod so I don't see how it would be affecting other things like that (all it does is make people wear a towel when they're coming out of the shower on a residential lot). I try to stay "even" with all the major mods. Like, I update the game, Wicked Whims, Nisa's Wicked Perversions and MC Command Center all at the same time, and then leave them alone until the next big update.

You should update your game to 1.62 first and I would definitely delete any mods you know are broken and can't be updated. The problem seems to mostly be a routing error when Sims try to take shortcuts from A to B.

I wouldn't call it broken; it does what it's supposed to do perfectly well. And like I said, I don't know of any other mods that do the same thing, so I'm not gonna delete it just because of some occasional minor glitches.

If I do that, it'll start the domino effect of having to update Wicked Whims and all the other major mods. Seems like a big to-do just for this little bug. How is the latest version of WW, is it pretty stable, or are they still working out the kinks (no pun intended)?

You should always keep your game and mods as up to date as possible. WW v155c works perfectly fine so long as you update any other mods that are dependant on it.
