If you have installed or are thinking about installing this mod: Everybodies Different Redone (from now called EBD) by Mongomonk, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51612

These resources might be of interest for you. Even if you don't want to use the file content, you can still use my setup as a base.

This is basically folders containing custom body mesh nif files and texture dds files for female NPCs (OBS Beastraces not included in this). Every mesh folder has a corresponding texture folder (which contains the familiar texture you all know well, Fairskin, Renewal, HdlSkin, Realbody, Matureskin, Leyenda, BeautifulSexy. Realbody and Realgirls)

The bodymeshes are based on the All in one HDT pussy mod by HeroedeLeyenda (the older version 3.0 to be exactly, but that shouldn't matter too much). So each mesh file therefore point to a specific hdt xxx.XML file.

This means that EBD will distribute HDT vagina bodies to every female NPC in your game with random textures. The bodymeshes give them a random body  that has finger, breast, penis, belly and vagina collisions working. I'm often suprised how these textures alters the look on NPCs from game to game. So it's a really cool feature to add. Always something new to see. EBD also randomly distribute hair, lip, makeup, eye texture mods among the NPCs. You don't need to do anything here. EBD will search and distribute them on its own.

DISCLAIMER

THIS IS "MIGHT" NOT BE PLUG AND PLAY for you.

It's considered a resource which you need to evaluate the impact it has on your game. The textures are mostly 2K textures. But the femalebody_1.dds and femalebody_1_msn.dds has a 4K texture file. They can easily be replaced by 2K files if you wish to reduce VRAM use. Also, the EBD mod distributes static hairdmods (not HDT), make up mods, eyes etc randomly to your NPCs. Do you have Apachi hair installed, well, all NPCs will now use it.  Keep this in mind as well.

You can set the percentage of NPCs you want EBD to alter. That is an excellent way make a good compromise regarding VRAM use.

I use all of these textures at the same time in my game. It's roughly 3,80 Gb of textures. That might be too heavy for your computer setup. If you also have tons of mods adding extra NPCs. Remember also these NPCs will now have HDT bodies with custom textures. Shit in shit out. You can exclude mods via blocklist files in EBD. A practical way to see if you have too much textures loaded is to walk around Whiterun and see..uhm how that goes (CTD). Also in my game, if I can enter the bannered Mare without CTD in evenings when it's crowded. That seems to be a good pinpoint for the rest of the Skyrim World.

Followers will be affected in all ways. You can either use the blocklist to separate npcs to not be altered by EBD, or there's a similar blocklist that uses mod.esp name. result should be the same. I use a old version of EBD so I haven't got this to work as I'd like to. What I do is to keep all follower.esp below EveryBody's Different.esp in LOOT. There is also a third way of doing this. EBD provides an ingame spell that let's you change apperance of NPC (you cast a spell on them). There you can choose to completely disable the NPC which will done upon next game load. any way, all this info should be studied on the modpage on nexus.

Installation (after you have installed EBD and it's requirements):

- Simply take the content you want from this resource file and paste into your skyrim\Data folder.

Uninstallation

Delete content in:

Skyrim\Data\textures\EBD and

Skyrim\Data\meshes\EBD

Remember to run the EBD.jar file to implement the changes  (this is explained on MongoMods mod page on Nexus)

If you experience VRAM trouble:

Go to this path:

Skyrim\Data\textures\EBD\Female\ and start deleting texture folders after your own choice.

Also, delete the corresponding mesh folder with the SAME name:

Skyrim\Data\meshes\EBD\Female\ and delete the folder that has the exact same name.

Remember to run the EBD.jar file to implement the changes  (this is explained on MongoMods mod page on Nexus)

EXAMPLE : TopmodelHdlSkin

Skyrim\Data\textures\EBD\Female\TopmodelHdlSkin

Here lies the HdlSkin texture files for the bodymesh files Topmodel

Skyrim\Data\meshes\EBD\Female\TopmodelHdlSkin

Here lies the Topmodel bodymesh files.

These two folders named the same can hereby be called sisters &brothers folders.

Customization by You:

You can delete any mesh or texture folder in the"female" folders. As long as you do it on both sisters&brothers folders. Otherwise there might be some invisible NPCs wandering around (?!?)

OR

You can replace the content of the folder located in the sisters&brothers folders. Your not happy with my body or my textures:

For instance, replace the 6 topmodel body nif files located in this folder,

Skyrim\Data\meshes\EBD\Female\TopmodelHdlSkin with any other body nif files you want (not CBBE !!!!). Done.

OR / AND

You can also replace the texture dds files in the same texture folder if you like. Just notice where the different types of dds files goes where and replace them :)

EBD looks for names and locations. As long as you respect that you can change anything.

You can alter the name of, say, TopmodelHdlSkin to anything you like. Just remember to rename both sisters &brothers folders the same.
