Looking for a tutorial

There's a hair from TERA i'm dying to have.. but doesn't seem like anyone is converting more anytime soon.

So I was hoping someone on here could recommend a guide to converting a hair for me. Searching google hasn't yielded anything yet...

There was one I used during Oblivion to convert from the sims to oblivion with blender, and I was like 95% able to do it following that. If anyone knows where I could find that one again, it might suffice.
