Arousal stopped updating

I have a weird problem all of a sudden; the arousal does not change anymore even though I have change any settings.

I verified with the Arousal Monitor Widget and could see that no value of any person or creature around changes anymore. Which obviously also stops Aroused Creatures from working. Has anyone come across this before and what is the best way ro remedy this?

Is it not updating the arousals because there are too many actors humans and creatures around? This is in fact in Whiterun marketplace with lots of additional creatures, so maybe this is causing it? Any ideas?

I effed up the settings all by myself ?

I´ll show myself out, thank you.

 

Will write a guide for myself and other people how to understand and use the settings.
