Not Sim Settlements, if that's what you were saying.  You need Settlement Menu Manager

Then you download the mod from the download page and you get a file called "Shadbase Paintings v1.3.7z"

Hopefully you are using a mod manager, and you can then install this mod with that.

 

So, if you are still stuck, please describe which part you are stuck on and which mod manager you are using.

I'm pretty sure they are not replacers.  There are a couple of nice erotic replacers out there though, if that's what you are looking for.  But you may not want to enable them until you get past the pre-war sequence, it's a bit jarring to have nudie art hanging up in Sean's room ?

Having issues though ive installed SMM, installed via vortex and ran the SMM rescue command on the holotape but I'm still not seeing anything. Also tried reloading save and game and checking if its ticked in the ingame mod manager (it is). Any ideas???

I cannot get this to show up in SMM no matter what I do. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, running the fix from the SMM holotape, nada. Any ideas?

dam does this mod not work or what ive installed smm and fixes for smm and installed every version of the shad mod and it still wont work
