any one see ENB with no blue problem?

With ENB you can change the color to whatever you like.

Maybe it's a "cool" (as opposed to "warm") setting made by the ENB mod that you're using. Can you check if it's the same problem for all ENB mods? Also, double-check that the version of ENB you're using is correct. Some mods are meant for specific versions of ENB, and the latest version may not always work. For example, the latest version of ENB is v0.151, but the mod that I'm using called "RealLike ENB" is best used with v0.113 instead.

Download the new enbseries binary, there is an in-game GUI with it. You can change your settings while you play. 

Yours looks like too much bloom, too blue. Maybe higher contrast and curve for ambient/direct light.
