Finding a dick piercing mod

I'm not sure if somebody have seen this mod before, it's not Kendo series mod and not SAM adult accessories. Most of the piercing mod I've tried already, but still cannot find this mod which with the ampallang piercing :(

Hope someone here know the name of the mod... I heard from a friend that this mod is from the old HoT forum...

BTW these orcs are fking hawwwwwwwwwwt!
