Generic application license/EULA?

The answer is on the interwebs somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

The only related thing I found was:
End-user license agreement

But that didn't cover the text in the EULA

The alternative would be writing in "eula.txt"
Don't steal my code plx!

But that doesn't look well.
So anyone with experience on the matter who could direct me to a place where I could find more information of the actual text to write?

Well.

Don't reverse engineer.

Don't redistribute.

I spent quite some time doing this application/tool/whatever so if you do any of these things you're an arse.

etc.

I sincerely don't know exactly.

But kind of like the ones you "accept"* when installing software.

If there are no such thing as a generic EULA and I instead need to visit a lawyer that is fine too.

But I thought it might be.

* or don't read and end up being a human centipad.

gnu.org

eff.org (may not have text but should have links)

creativecommons.org

opensource.org

Thank you! :)

Those links seems promising.

I'll keep this open in case I'd need more information.
