Anyone know which mod added gags that let the player shout while gagged?

I remember very recently reading about a mod that added gags so the player could still use shouts while gagged, they just couldn't talk, but I can't find it. It added other weird stuff like farting shouts, which I'm not fond of so I didn't install it at the time, so it'd be great if anyone knew of a mod that adds the gags . . .and just the gags without the weird farting stuff.

 

But either way, anyone know of *any* mod that adds gags that let the PC shout with them on?

Crap, found it, it was a part of Shout Like a Virgin which adds way more than I was wanting just to use a gag while shouting =/
