NPC's are scared when I try to talk them

I downloaded AAF Sex Harrasment, Raider Pet, Crackle, real handcuffs yesterday and installed them via Vortex as always I do (and some more quest mods: Stranger things, 50 ways to die at Dr.Nick's and The Secret of Huntress Mansion. When I load back my savegame I moved to Dr.Nick and tried to talk him he acted scared suddenly. Then I tried with my companion Piper she did the same thing while talking. Which mod can cause this? I do not have any idea. 

I'd appreciate any help, what are your suggestions?

If anyone has met with this problem, I have found solution. But I don't think it which one but I deleted two plugins 1. M.C.G compatibility patch and Stranger Things quest mod, now NPCs that I talk are no more frightened.
