Maybe you start familiarizing yourself a bit with mod cleaning first? ?

Perhaps start here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw3g_N1jcZQ

or here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpRinGULJGw

To your questions

1. no idea - I don't use ASIS

2a. watch the guides first.

2b. Wrong question: "does masters requires cleanig for tes5edit?" Correct question: "Do master files require cleaning with T5E?" But I guess you meant that ?

2c. Keep your fingers away from Skyrim.esm.Yes to all others

3a. Sorry, I ddn't understand your question.

3b If Dawnguard.esm is your problem, watch the guides first, and clean it, if you feel you understood all that it does.

3c No. You don't remove the NAVmesh! The cleaning procedure does that for you. Automatically, so keep your fingers away again. Unless you want to break something.

And make sure your Tes5Edit is up to date: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859

Ahahahah ok i'll keep my fingers away from those masters :P!!

2a.that said those guides does not talk about dynamic patches...i don't know if i have ti clean them after those creation

2b. thx for correction, english is not my mother language, and yeah i meant that :)

2c. DONE! i swear xD

3a.try to be more clear...my dawnguard esm has 57 DELETED navmeshes, should i remove them?

3b. also some esp in my load order has deletd navmeshes probably; should i learn to remove them? i have read those things cause CTD

3c. tes 5 edit says " <Warning: Plugin contains 5 deleted NavMeshes which can not be undeleted>" so i figure out it does not remove them, it has to be done manually.... and if it isrequired i don't know how to do it

No, but that's explained in the guides.

TES5Edit can take care of that, but not by removing the navmesh. Infact, they are UNdeleted.

The issue with deleted navmeshes is a bit more complex. Read up on that first or just watch gopher's or gamerpoet's guides. I just hope their english is making it OK for you ??
