Guest Jenova23 Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 Ok so I created new warlock clothing retextures in creation kit in order to diversify the ice, storm and fire mages but the slider is stuck at 100%. What I did I changed the textures in gimp (Worked Fine), added the new textures and meshes to the directory, changed the name to warlockrobesred_f_1 warlockrobesred_f_1, created new clothes but when I adjust the slider it dosent work it only stays at 100%!!! (I feel i'ts because I changed the directory name) Can anyone plz help me.
gerra6 Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 The slider works by morphing a _0 mesh into a _1 mesh. If the slider is stuck at 100%, chances are that no _0 mesh with the appropriate name was found in the directory.

Then what should I rename it to I tried everything, even the original name and it dosen't do nothing the bodyshape is still stuck at 100%.
gerra6 Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 So, assuming that your renamed mesh is called meshName, you have both a meshName_0 and a meshName_1 in the directory?

So far I tried... Original: warlockrobes_f_1 warlockrobes_f_0 warlockrobesred_f_1 warlockrobesred_f_0 warlockrobesredf_1 warlockrobesredf_0 outfitf_1 outfitf_0
gerra6 Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 At this point it's really tough to say for certain what's going wrong. Here's a pretty solid tutorial that walks you through the entire process of creating a mesh, generating the _0 and _1 versions, and getting the whole thing to work in game. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Skyrim._Part_1 Since I specialize in modding Blender rather than Skyrim, I'm not really sure which Skyrim-specific hoop your meshes need to jump through at this stage.
Vioxsis Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 If you have not edited the mesh then why not just make a texture set in the CK?
