Animations not there or not working

So I have just installed a new aaf, and new animation mods for FO4, and most of my mods arent there. like thier are only some of savage cabbage animations, and my atomic lust animations dont work, how do i fix this

With not knowing what you have installed I would be just guessing.  AAF Themes?  The One Patch To Bang Them All?

 

if you could post your plugin list or an image of what plugins/mods you have installed in a spoiler this would help loads.
