Chibi Body Support?

Is there any "adult" support for the Chibi Body floating around? Specifically that adds in things like nipples and penis' to men. The mod says it has nudity textures but they are all unfortunately barbie dolled, and the one file found here when searched is the same way. Would be nice to have a bit more detail added to these bodies as the overall look of them is quite nice, especially with the Chibi heads and animations. Not sure if I've missed something or if someone is able to whip something up either

I mean you could probably edit it in yourself. Not trying to sound rude! lol. But I mean you can probably extract the models and add the bits and then put it back into your game! :3
