CTC -Crashes outside whiterun.

I'm having an issue where my game keeps crashing whenever I'm outside of whiterun. Specifically near the stables. Sometimes I can get past and up to the doors but 9 times out of 10 it crashes. However when exiting the city I can never get much further than the lower gates or the stable masters house, then crash. I haven't been able to check for other cites and I have no ideawhats casuing it. If I had to guess a possible mod conflict but no idea which ones. Iv sorted and cleaned everything with loot. 

Here is my load order. Any help would be appreciated.

I used a trick at the main menu. coc whiterunexterior01 and everything loaded fine. Was able to walk around and talk to people (Female dialogue) and no crashes. Im playing a female character so I think that might be the problem. So fairly sure its a mod trying to do something and failing. Though I have no idea what.
