Public Showers

When you travel in the game to a gym, you'll notice sims would come and go, randomly using the showers in the gym.

Is it possible to get the same effect on other lot types, like swimming pools for example? maybe a trait mod ?

well if you owns Island living expansion,  you dont need any mod, public showers are common, even there is a vainilla public shower.
