Mod that allows my follower to carry me in their arms?

Not that I've ever seen.

 

From what I understand someone would need to make the follower into a mount which would require adding a mounting point (bone?) for you to attach to so you both models moved in sync. If you've ever tried the mod that allows a follower to share you horse you will see what I mean by the models (your horse and your follower) not being in sync.

In short, a lot of work.

 

At least that is how I understand. Maybe someone with some actual knowledge of game mechanics, modelling and animation could answer better.

Sadly I don't see anyone taking it on, assuming it is possible.
